Pristine Patrol provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

- ✔ Deep Cleaning
- ✔ Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- ✔ Recurring Cleaning
- ✔ Office Cleaning
Service details will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
Booking & Scheduling
- ✔ All appointments must be scheduled in advance
- ✔ We may reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, emergencies, etc.)
- ✔ Customers must provide accurate address and contact details
Pricing & Payments
- ✔ Pricing is based on size, condition, and type of service
- ✔ Final pricing may change if the property condition differs from what was described
- ✔ Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
- ✔ Accepted methods: cash, card, or transfer
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- ✔ Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- ✔ Late cancellations may incur a fee
- ✔ No-shows may be charged up to the full service amount
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- ✔ Providing access to the property at the scheduled time
- ✔ Ensuring water and electricity are available
- ✔ Securing pets or informing us in advance
- ✔ Removing valuable or fragile items before service
We are not responsible for damage to improperly secured items.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service:
- ✔ Notify us within 24 hours
- ✔ We will return to resolve the issue at no extra cost
Liability
- ✔ We are insured where applicable
- ✔ We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear
- ✔ Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours
Access & Safety
- ✔ If access is not provided, a fee may apply
- ✔ We may refuse service if the environment is unsafe
Use of Photos
- ✔ We may take before-and-after photos for quality and marketing
- ✔ No personal information will be shared without consent
Changes to Terms
